Instructions for Chairs
- Chairs are requested to chair the session onsite
- Please come to the session room 15 mins prior the session starts and notify the staff of your arrival
- Chairs are requested to disclose their COI (conflict of interest)
Please submit COI slide to the secretariat office by September 15 via e-mail
Instructions for Speakers/Poster presenters
Presentation Guidelines (Oral/Poster)
- Both oral speakers and poster presenters are requested to make their presentation onsite
- COI disclosure
All the speakers are requested to announce the relevant COI situation in the first presentation slide (or the one after title and authors). COI PowerPoint slide can be downloaded from the website below.
Presentation Guidelines (Oral)
1. Presentation time
Regular submission (Oral session): presentation 7 mins +discussion 3 mins
Individually informed to each speaker for symposia and invited lectures
2. Preparation of presentation data
All presentation must be created in, or converted to, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Please come and check in at Slide check desk to review and upload your presentation from your flash drive at least 30 mins prior to your appointed session time. Presentation slide data will be uploaded from the Slide check desk to the meeting room laptops.
You are still requested to review your presentation at PC data desk even if you will make your presentation with your own laptop.

Presentation Guidelines (Poster)
1. Presentation time
Poster session (Poster): presentation 4 mins +discussion 2 mins
2. Preparation of poster
Contents, figures, tables and pictures should be clear to understand from the distance.
Please make your poster to fit in the poster panel size (width 90cm, height 210cm).
- *the secretariat will prepare a presentation number card (20cm x 20cm) and push-pins.
Poster should be printed and brought to the venue by poster presenters themselves.
Poster presenters are requested to check-in, set up and remove your poster by themselves during the allotted poster schedule.

Notes
- The Symposium secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at iigann2023@mtoyou.jp, the following cases;
- In case you are not able to attend the symposium and your proxy to make a presentation onsite
- In case you and any of your co-authors are also not able to attend the symposium and make a presentation onsite.
- In case award nominated delegates are not able to make a presentation, the opportunity will be forwarded to the next candidate.
