Goto, Shunsuke

Shunsuke Goto is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Nephrology at Kobe University Graduate School of Medicine. He graduated from Kobe University School of Medicine in 2003, served as a trainee doctor at Kobe University Hospital from 2003 to 2004, and worked as a physician at Takasago Municipal Hospital from 2004 to 2007. Since 2007, he has been serving as a nephrologist at Kobe University Hospital. He received his PhD in 2011 from Kobe University Graduate School of Medicine.
His research focuses on CKD-MBD and kidney transplantation. He was a Work Group member for the chapter of CKD-MBD in the Evidence-based Clinical Practice Guideline for CKD in 2018 and 2023 by the Japanese Society of Nephrology, and is a Work Group member for the guidelines on CKD-MBD by the Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy.
