Graduated from Wakayama Medical University Faculty of Medicine in 2008 and licensed to practice medicine. Joined the Nephrology and Blood Purification Center of the university in 2010. Became Assistant Professor of Nephrology at the same university in 2016 and Senior Lecturer in April 2024. Deputy Director of the Postgraduate Clinical Training Center from 2019 and Deputy Director of the Clinical Engineering Center and Blood Purification Center of the University Hospital from 2024. Specializes in nephrology, dialysis and dialysis access. Qualifications include board certification in Fellow of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine, Fellow and Instructor of the Japanese Society of Nephrology, Fellow and Instructor of the Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy, Fellow of the endovascular vascular access therapy of the Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy and Dialysis Access, Fellow of the Japanese Society for peritoneal dialysis, and Member of the Japanese Society for apheresis.
