Tadashi Sofue, MD, PhD, is a Division Director of Nephrology and Dialysis Unit, Department of CardioRenal and Cerebrovascular Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Kagawa University, Japan.
He completed his medical training at Kagawa University Hospital and got Ph.D. degree from Kagawa University. His recent research interests include marginal donor and recurrent glomerulonephritis in living-donor kidney transplantation. He was awarded the ISN NEXUS Young Investigator Award in 2010 and the Best Reviewer Award from the Japanese Society of Nephrology and the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine in 2024.
