After completing my master's in environmental science at the University of Tsukuba, I joined GK Industrial Design Research Institute, focusing on urban planning and product design. Later, as a parent, I stepped back from full-time work but remained involved in product development. My career advanced into supervisory roles, overseeing product and store development for various companies. In 2012, I founded a healthcare-centric design firm and became Tokyo's Ambassador for Aging2.0, shifting my focus to the development and research of elderly care devices. At Chiba University, I contribute to the Patient Support Department, leading medical innovation courses and caregiver training programs, while also supporting medical data projects. My expertise centers on the research and implementation of caregiving and elderly-focused devices, merging my passion for design with social impact.
